Booking a Meeting Room

When booking PRPL meeting rooms, patrons must follow Library rules as well as Provincial and Federal law.

People organizing events or meetings in the Library must ensure that all of their attendees follow these rules. A signed form is required before the booking is confirmed.

  • Describe the meeting or event. What type of meeting or event is planned? Business meeting, like a Board meeting or AGM, presentation, public engagement session, etc. What type of content will be presented or discussed?
