Feedback can be provided the following ways:
Online
Complete our fillable Accessibility Feedback Form.
Email your feedback to us at info@prpl.ca or kwootten@prpl.ca. Feel free to attach files to help explain the barrier faced, such as a video, photos, or a voice recording.
Please include the following information:
- What you were trying to access (a program, event, or service)
- what the barrier was (for example, you couldn’t see or hear, or faced discrimination)
- Where the barrier happened (in the library, online, or somewhere else)
- Any recommendations for improvement

Call us at 604-485-4796 to speak directly to our Accessibility Coordinator Karen or any staff member.
In-Person
Drop by the library at 100–6975 Alberni Street and speak to Karen or one of our other staff members about your accessibility concerns.
Paper Form
Pick up a paper Accessibility Feedback Form from the the Service Desk at the Library (100– 6975 Alberni Street V8A 2B8), then return the completed form back to the Library Service Desk or return by mail. Forms can be mailed to patrons on request.
